Creating an account
How do I sign up for Trendiok?
Click 'Create an account' on the login page, or go directly to /signup. Enter your full name, work email, and a password with at least 8 characters. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click 'Get started'.
Is there a trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 7-day trial. No credit card is required to sign up.
I didn't receive a verification email.
Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, go back to the verification page and click 'Resend code'. You can request a new code every 60 seconds.
Signing in
How do I log in?
Go to /login and enter the email and password you used to create your account. Click 'Sign in' to access your dashboard.
What does 'Keep me signed in' do?
When checked, your session persists for 30 days even after closing the browser. When unchecked, you'll be logged out when you close the browser.
Can I sign in with Google?
Yes. Click 'Continue with Google' on the login or signup page. You'll be redirected to Google to authorize, then back to your Trendiok dashboard.
I see 'Invalid login credentials'.
Double-check your email and password. Make sure Caps Lock is off. If you've forgotten your password, click 'Forgot?' to reset it.
Password reset
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot?' on the login page, or go to /forgot-password. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. Click the link in the email to set a new password.
The reset link expired.
Reset links are valid for a limited time. Go back to /forgot-password and request a new link.
My new password was rejected.
Your password must be at least 8 characters long. Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols for a stronger password.
Email verification
Why do I need to verify my email?
Email verification confirms you own the address and secures your account. You must verify before you can access your dashboard.
How do I enter the verification code?
After signing up, you'll see 6 empty boxes on the verify-email page. Enter the 6-digit code from your email. You can paste the code directly — it fills all boxes automatically.
I didn't get a code.
Wait a moment and check spam. If nothing arrives, click 'Resend code' after the 60-second countdown ends.
Account security
How do I log out?
Click your profile icon in the sidebar, then click 'Log out'. This ends your session immediately.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use Supabase for authentication with encrypted passwords and secure session tokens. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
I think my account is compromised.
Reset your password immediately at /forgot-password. If you can't access your email, contact support at trendiok@support.com.
