When you use Trendiok, we may process product searches, watchlists, notifications, reports, feature interactions, device information, approximate usage information, and security events. We use this information to operate the service, protect accounts, understand reliability, and improve the product.

We use information to provide account access, deliver product intelligence, process subscriptions, send requested notifications, respond to support tickets, prevent abuse, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve Trendiok. We do not use customer information to invent product scores or make guaranteed sales predictions.

We may use trusted providers to support hosting, authentication, database services, analytics where permitted, email, security, file storage, and billing. Creem processes subscription payments and billing events. Providers receive only the information needed for their role and are expected to protect it.

Trendiok processes product and market information from supported sources. Product intelligence records may include market, currency, price, supplier price, margin, trend, competition, availability, score, confidence, and history fields. The data may be incomplete or change as sources update.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or billing obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and keep necessary records. We use access controls and appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may update account information through available settings, manage notification preferences, control non-essential cookies, and contact us about access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions. Rights and available processes may vary depending on where you live and the law that applies.
