By creating an account or using Trendiok, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Trendiok helps ecommerce sellers discover and evaluate product opportunities using automated data collection, market signals, Winning Scores, confidence information, and Watch, Test, Sell, or Avoid decision labels. The service is designed to support research and decision-making; it does not guarantee sales, profit, product performance, or business outcomes.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login details, and using the service lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, misuse data, or use Trendiok to infringe another person’s rights.

Trendiok is a paid-only service. Available plans, prices, billing cycles, and plan permissions are shown on the Pricing page. Payments and subscription events are handled through Creem. Subscription status is determined by verified billing records and webhooks, not only by a browser redirect after checkout.

Product signals are based on available source data and automated processing. Data may be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or unavailable for a particular market. Winning Score and confidence are decision-support signals, not financial, legal, tax, investment, or guaranteed revenue advice.

Trendiok’s software, branding, interface, documentation, and original content are owned by Trendiok or its licensors. You retain rights to information you submit, while granting Trendiok the permissions needed to operate and improve the service.

We may update the service, plan permissions, or these terms as Trendiok evolves. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse, or non-payment. Where appropriate, we will provide notice through the service or your account email.
